Customer support / virtual visit management - ensuring that all volunteers and seniors are present for their virtual visits, addressing issues, and escalating problems.

Fundraising - participating in or running a local fundraiser, or contributing to the effort behind our major annual fundraiser.

Volunteer outreach - forming partnerships with schools, student groups, and faculty to promote Conversations to Remember to student volunteers.

Senior community outreach - identifying senior communities, and reaching out to them to make our programs available to their senior residents.

Public relations - identifying media contacts, creating pitch letters, and press releases. Experience required.

Social media for businesses - Creating graphics and posts for social media. Design/graphics experience required.

Virtual event planning - assisting from concept to implementation with major virtual events.
